Practical Advantages

sharpened on a separate flint grinder and ideally on a PIERRET
grinder.
- Rollers are raised hydraulically by action on the push-button
which is always within reach.
- The different motions are controlled separately by push-buttons
grouped on the hanging unit which is always within reach (pivots
through 360 deg.).
- Quick adjustment of the roller gear angle to alter the in-feed
gap to suit the materials to be cut.

- The cutter is mounted on wheels with locking capability
Operation
The materials are conveyed by 4
grooved tracking rollers; adjustable hydraulic pressure
compresses the materials on the in-feed table and draws them into
the cutter towards the blades.
The scissor effect produced by the fixed and moving blades
guarantees a clean edged, melt-free cut/ easily and accurately.
Roller adjustments ensure a problem free in-feed of all types and
shapes of materials.
Automatic feed shutdown in over thickness conditions with
Withdrawal facility.
