quality laminate films with low thickness variations.

Custom designed dies. Give us your
resin type and the rheological curve provided by the resin
supplier and our software will create a profile of the optimal
die for your application. Through computer simulation, we find
the ideal shear rate, residence time, pressure drop, and melt
velocity and design the die to produce those conditions. You get
optimal output and film properties.
Quality-driven manufacturing. Forged, high-grade
steel blanks are machined on CNC machine tools by highly skilled
toolmakers to tolerances that exceed industry standards. We
machine critical areas +0.0005 in. Sand hand polish flow areas to
a surface finish of 12-14 RMS.
Ongoing service and support. Before and after
delivery, ADDEX supports you through a network of regional sales
representatives and a national service centre. And our design
expertise can keep working for you with our unique Die Signature
software that allows you to simulate the performance of your die
with new resins or blends. By performing your own simulations in
advance, you save the time, expense, and potential downtime of
trial and error
experiments.
