HOT DIE FACE PELLETISER - HG

EREMA have over 2000 Hot Die Face Pelletisers in operation around the world with throughputs from 20 - 2,000 kgs/hr. They can be retrofitted to most makes of extruder and produce a full bulk density pellet.

AUTOMATIC STRAND PELLETISER - ASP

Model ASP 220

The traditional way to pelletise low viscosity materials such as PET or PA, is to use a strand die with strand bath. The drawback with this is that an operator has to thread the strands through the bath and in to the strand cutter. He also has to remain close by in case a strand breaks and requires re-threading. The ASP uses an inclined water chute instead of a bath. Using gravity, the water and strands fall automatically in to the cutter. If a strand breaks it naturally refeeds itself back in to the cutter. Advantages

	Reduced labour costs - no continual supervision required.

	Reduced wear to cutter blades due to wet cut.
