Continuous Agglomerator - KAG
The innovative EREMA solution, to turn plastic production waste such as film edge trims or off-spec reels into granulate with uniform grain size and high bulk density which can be fed straight back into the main extruder. This maximises the value of the waste as it is directly replacing Virgin materials in the main product.
The system is also ideal for materials with thermally unstable or non-melting components, mixed plastics or material with a low bulk density.
